The Parish Council has been notified of a road closure which will possibly affect some of the residents. Please see the following for further information;
What: Carriageway Resurfacing
Where: Bedmond Lane Potters Crouch, St Albans. From the junction St Albans Lane to the junction of Hemel Hempstead Road
Works to take place at the junction of Ragged Hall Lane, Blunts Lane and Appspond Lane
Dates and times: Monday 19 January 2026 and Tuesday 20 January 2026 7:30am and 6:00pm

How does this affect you?
Parking and access: To allow us to come and do these improvement works we’ll need to restrict parking temporarily. If you need to use your vehicle, please move it outside the works area shown on this letter, at least 30 minutes before we are due to start working.
Vehicles will not be allowed access during the works, except for emergency vehicles. Please speak to the on-site team on the day who will be able to advise on access or contact the contractor Eurovia on 07703 796403.
Weather: Works are weather dependent and may be postponed. We apologise if works don’t start on time in these instances.
